Sometimes the exported .stl will be a blank cuboid at (presumably) the correct dimensions but with no surface. The plugin works with other DEMs. More testing has to be done to confirm but it could be possible that it fails when the lowest point is lower than 0m. The error occurs regardless of which number is put into the Height field (tested with lowest point, 0m, 1m, highest point). The test was done with the full layer extent. Was already solved by other user
