Display tags and relations of a POI #134

When a POI is loaded, I would like to click on the POI, then drag up the name of the POI to see in a small area, all tags and the names of the relations, without editing the POI. This would allow to quickly check it.

@overflorian I think this visualisation feature (present in Map Ma Gare and pretty much all POI-related apps) has been missing for quite some time now. What do you think?

Displaying existing relations should be useful especially for bus platforms and JungleBus ;-)

Thanks @zorglubu for the feedback. I believe that your proposal is extra useful and should be implemented. I will discuss it during our next meeting with the technical team.
