Specify where to cache files #213

When installing OLS in a non-writable directory, the creation of the cache folder fails, causing its to not start up properly. See, for example, https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ols-git/.

I haven't looked into this too deep, but maybe it would be a good idea to save these kind of files within the users home directory by default (along with preferences, etc.). This way the same ols installation could be shared by different users on one machine.

@johnpatcher : true, that would be the best solution. However, I want not to introduce much new functionality in the 0.9.7 version, so this issue is about allowing the cache directory to be stored in a different location.
