Pulse Counter wrong transistion. #215

Transistion counter seems display inverted result for channel1 (see pics) for channel0 we got 1 rise 0 fall ok for channel1 we got 0 rise 1 fall wrong ... I did not check for other channel ... I''m running 0.9.7 sp1

I've committed a fix for this issue: the pulse counter was using incorrect offsets when taking the cursors into account...
