plugin not showing after installing #4

Hi, similar to a previous issue, I am not seeing the plugin in the list of plugins after installing. Could you help? Thanks

I've found the workaround to installing it via the WebUI is to drop the .egg file into the plugins folder of Deluge itself and then restart Deluge, it popped up for me.
