add support for 22.04 #136

I have just used this to set up on a pristine t4g.nano with Ubuntu 22.04, and the only problem was with a missing libcharon-standard-plugins package for 22.04. I'd replaced it with libcharon-extauth-plugins and everything's running fine, amazing script!

Proposed change:

in 22.04 libcharon-standard-plugins replaced with libcharon-extauth-plugins

Thanks. I haven't merged this because I did a few other bits and pieces at the same time, but I've made equivalent changes.
