Demo page is broken. Tries to load Stamen but it's on http, no SSL. #57

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://jawj.github.io/OverlappingMarkerSpiderfier-Leaflet/demo.html' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://maps.stamen.com/js/tile.stamen.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Uncaught TypeError: L.StamenTileLayer is not a constructor at window.onload (demo.html:25:19)
