title element not escaped #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter text that contains "<title name="file name" />" (without the quotes)
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is escaped title element, i.e. &lt;title name="file name" /&gt;

Unfortunately, <title name="file name" /> is not escaped and results in 
problems in rendering

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
markdownsharp-20100703-v113
