errors on installation

There are some errors on installation. I've attache the log file here.

Also I have 2 notices and 1 warning on my screen after database installation step:

• Notice: Undefined property: Installer_Database::$_Gadget in include\Jaws\Gadget.php on line 952
• Notice: Undefined property: Installer_Database::$_Requires in include\Jaws\Gadget.php on line 958
• Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in include\Jaws\Gadget.php on line 958

Moreover, the user can not be created(There was a problem while creating your user) so I couldn't go further.
