update for dalamud 9 + patch 6.5 #24

Updated for the latest version.

I didn't yet update any version numbers anywhere except the api level of Dalamud. Also didn't thoroughly test it yet...

Thanks for the PR. This repo is no longer updated - the code itself is stored in a private repo. I'll adapt your changes for the plugin update. If you want to contribute to the private repo, let me know and I can add you as a contributor.

Thanks for the offer, though I don't think I'd really be an active contributor. I just updated the plugin for a friend of mine and thought I'd forward it to here. I'm really just a novice with things like RE, hooking and stuff haha.
