Feature/python clean #175

Need help testing with Python 2 as I don't have it in my environment

I have both python 2 and 3. Forcing python 2 by changing the order of the if clause in the ghissues.vim file I have tested it.

I tried to comment on an already existing issue, create a new issue and commenting on it and closing them. All seems to be working :).
