tried checkout and build but got issue about conf4it #31

there seems to be submodule conf4it mentioned in root pom. but dont see actual module in project. so build is failing

thanks, i've just removed the conf4it. Note that to build you need to follow the instruction from the README, building in 1 command line is not provided yet. The pom is here mainly to trick intellij.
