"Stop"/"Start" buttons to stop/start acquisition on an actimetre #54

"Stop" stops generating data and triggers data sync on the Actiserver it's currently connected. After sync is finished, the Actimetre can be assigned to a different project. "Restart" restarts the Actimetre generating data.

In practice, the project owner will:

  1. "Stop" the Actimetre on the Dashboard (Project page), and check all data has been synced
  2. (optionally, from Dashboard) move the Actimetre to another project
  3. Physically move the Actimetre to another cage, if needed
  4. Restart it physically or click "Restart" the Actimetre on the Dashboard (Project page)
