Config the ether address as a cp/m file. #3

Make the etheraddr a file. This prevents h/w ID collisions at the server. Noted that telnet from two different systems with the same etheraddr is cause for termination of one of the sessions.

Use MAC.COM to enter your unique ether address. It comes on a small sticker with the featherwing part. This number is unique to your board.
