User must restart program to play new song / replay song #16

After completing a song in the game portion, the user must exit the program
and re-launch it before they can retry a song or switch to a new song. This
sucks the fun out of completing a song. Menus for restarting / switching
songs should be added.

Agreed. If you press start after a song is over, it will restart but with only 
a few
random notes scattered few and far between throughout the sing, and they do 
nothing
when played.
