Strange "paste" hint appearing from time to time

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open PyScripter.
2. Open a file in the editor.
3. Place the cursor anywhere in the editor and leave it for sometime. 
4. A hint saying "paste" appears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can't give more precise instructions on how reproduce this issue since
it's not even clear to me.
It just happens from time to time and the only way to solve the problem is
restarting pyscripter and that's all I know.
I attachment is a screenshot showing the hint.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.9.1, Windows XP sp2.

I am going to close this until some way of reproducing the error is given.  I am
afraid I cannot do much as it stands.
