Based on no_typescript branch.

Only js/package.json was modified to support Jupyter Lab 2.x, as suggested in this comment on ipywidgets GitHub Issues. https://github.com/jupyter-widgets/ipywidgets/issues/2798#issuecomment-593716999

Verified with this jetbot fork's branch. https://github.com/tokk-nv/jetbot/tree/dev-clickable
