Context is #109 - Instead of including a Transfer, multitask, and few-shot learning section in prior knowledge that also covers MultiPLIER and DeepProfile in any kind of depth, we will split the MultiPLIER and DeepProfile text into its own "putting it all together" section. We will need to rewrite the transfer learning and multi-task learning section such it is a brief explanation of these approaches. It will be included in the prior/related data section.
