Context is #109 - Instead of including a Transfer, multitask, and few-shot learning section in prior knowledge that also covers MultiPLIER and DeepProfile in any kind of depth, we will split the MultiPLIER and DeepProfile text into its own "putting it all together" section. This section will unify the regularization, other data & knowledge sections. It will require us to talk about regularization in more depth than is currently in the text that covers MultiPLIER and DeepProfile.
