Rearrange panels in prior knowledge figure #151

While going through my round of edits, I realized that the prior knowledge panels were out of order compared to how the methods are described in the text.

The following layout would be consistent with the text of the manuscript:

@jaybee84 do you want to make this change in Illustrator while you edit the statistical techniques figure? I don't think I currently have access to Illustrator, but can work something out with Inkscape if need be.

Okay, I see - the actual problem is that the PDF in images/, which is what I'm looking at (didn't go any deeper), are out of sync with what's in images/pdf and also images/tiff and images/pdf are not the same.
