I have not gone into too much detail about normalization etc. since they will be in text proper. Are there other things to add here that I have missed?

I revised this section to incorporate suggestions from the earlier review. I have tried to tailor this box to a "data-centric" view + "rare-disease specific" view instead of a general primer of ML experiment design.

I have intentionally left out hyperparameter tuning to encourage brevity of this box, but happy to add in if the group thinks it is necessary.
