Remove multitask and few-shot learning, expand on feature-representation transfer in prior knowledge section

Purpose

Closes #194. Per our discussion yesterday, I'm removing multitask and few-shot learning from the section on prior knowledge. I'm "doubling down" on feature-representation-transfer, as it is the most relevant for the composite approaches section. Specifically, I'm trying to restate the concept multiple ways and tie it to the earlier section ("heterogeneity"). It seems plausible that this section will change when I tackle #177.

I've also made cosmetic changes to the KG paragraphs in the same section.

Still on board with these changes? (Here, I am assuming we were on the same page 😸)
Do you think we need to add anything more in service of setting up the composite approaches section? We can also hold off on this until we get to #177 if we'd like.
