Rare "condition" detection in retinal imaging. Not quite rare "disease," but probably has the same constraints.

@jaybee84 @jaclyn-taroni Looks like I already filed this as an issue. This is referenced (the preprint) in the heterogeneity section, but should probably change it to the published j med imaging doi.
