Update 05.heterogeneity.md #61

Purpose

closes #58 - added a couple of brief points about specimen/data quality as a contributor to heterogeneity closes #57 - added a sentence with a reference to www.doi.org/10.1186/s13059-020-02021-3, which suggests that one dimensionality reduction technique alone may not be sufficient Added new terms to spellcheck dictionary.
