Paid my Club fees but not allowing me to use the features!

Please check:

  1. You are using a recent version of DeepZoom which is shown at the upper left of the title bar. V2.5 at a minimum. If not, hit refresh on your browser.
  2. You are logged in. Open the hamburger menu and at the top it should show your avatar or initials. If not, log in.
  3. Verify you're subscribed. Click the "Account" button next to your avatar. If subscribed, there should be a button labeled "Manage your subscription". If not subscribed, there will be a button "Join the DeepZoom club!".

If all of the above are successful, then you're subscribed. If you're still having an issue, please describe which features are not working for you.

I'm in the same boat as well. I show a receipt for my Apple Pay Payment but am still getting the pop-ups. My apologies if I'm missing something obvious. Cheers and thanks for such an amazing app. Bill
