Typesetting the notes? #1

Would it be worthwhile typesetting these notes in LaTeX or some other program?

@jaybutera I'm not sure you've seen the PRs I opened.

I'll probably keep typesetting these from time to time, as the open PR at least still provides access to my fork with the TeX files.

I did have to make come editorial decisions on how to typeset them, though, and may have misunderstood/misinterpreted some of the notes, so if you do have time to review it could help to reduce compounded errors in future TeX files.
