Update to API 9 #28

This is my first time submitting a patch for a dalamud plugin so please let me know if I didn't do something properly. It seems to work in my game for everyone, FC members and friends.

Hi! I made a few changes to keep things consistent, but mostly just rearranging stuff really. Thanks for your work on this, in my testing it seems to work fine, so i'll merge this in!
