Google auth using deprecated API, will stop working on Mar, 23 2015 #384

It looks like google is dropping support for OAuth 2.0. All "sign in with
google" log-ins now display the warning message(see screenshot).

According to Google's documentation, they've started rolling out limitations
and will ultimately shut down OAuth 2.0 on Apr 20. The majority of users will
lose access after Mar 23 (unless a specific parameter is added to the request)

More details here:

Please advise.

I've tried to contact the company behind socialauth but haven't got any
response.
Apparently, the library is no longer supported, which is sad, considering the
API is sleek and easy to integrate with.

As of now, socialauth's google/google+ authentication is broken.

In case it helps - we ended up switching to Google's Plus API for
authentication on http://claz.org . Here's the link:
https://developers.google.com/+/quickstart/java

It's pretty straightforward, though I'd still prefer having socialauth working
properly. If I have the bandwidth in the future I could create a fix for
socialauth and submit a pull request.
