Names of Roles and Projects/Jobs/AOIs should be admin-renamable #35

There should be a very "vanilla" naming scheme for the roles and types of work that is easier for non-geospatial experts to understand. Maybe "subfolders" instead of Tasks.

Site Admins should be able to rename these.

The problem then might be how APIs/routes are linked to, which are now: http://127.0.0.1:8000/geoq/jobs/2/
