Do we want users to be able to attach proof to either an AOI or sub-feature (a specific point, for example). Could attach a picture from user's own device (say they're tagging in the field), or could attach info from social media or any url.
Ability to have that be attached to either a feature (point/polygon/line) or to a location (to geotag it).
Possibly use the GeoMedia module from within the Event Pages as a basis of functions.
