Figure out a better way to do badges #47

It seems like the current badge set up is a little odd. We should be using the install. Is it possible to contribute back to django badges whatever we are trying to do in our own implementation of it?

Is this still the plan -- integrate django-gamification? Maybe close this one & open a new one for that (not in this repo).

We have an initial cut for this working with the django-gamification system. Still have a few pieces to add to make it more user-friendly (we've integrated a rules engine to make the gamification system very flexible, however need to add some GUIs to make it easier to work with). There's some pieces in this project that need to be cleaned-up ... would say we can close this when that's complete.
