Authentication for Version 1

Authentication should have:

• 1 Super user to start off with (can create superuser from command line)
• Through admin menu, ability to create new users in Django by hand, then ability to give them admin privileges
• No need to tie into a Single-Sign-On or give additional per-event access controls

• If not authenticated -- they can view everything on front-end, but not edit anything
• If authenticated -- they can edit on the front-end, but not in the admin
• If authenticated and staff status, then they are admin. -- then user can log into the admin.

• [x] Simplifying the acct setup until a future time.
• [x] Only staff see admin link
• [x] Only staff can access admin urls
• [x] Only authenticated can edit/add to projects
