Add option for for password to display a numberic keyboard, not the one used by android #39

On start of application, have a PIN pad to enter password.  Typing password
by keyboard is slow.  Similar to E-Wallet

The password is not a PIN, it can have upper and lower case letter, as well as 
numbers 
and punctuation.  A numeric keypad is not sufficient for this purpose.
