Make a single service to make rest calls that can be used across the front end

I have used the mock ups from the SRS to create a very basic UI. I will upload the code to github once i get the endpoints from @jaydenchen12. I will also add the mock ups below:

This is what the UI ended up looking like. I haven't committed the code yet but all it is is a singale html file.
