External Interface Reqs.

@AMontefiore has done the UI reqs. Do you think you can finish up the section by finishing up any UI that might be left, and doing the subsection for hardware reqs?

@dap332 So i just went back and added the hardware requirements for both local machines and the AWS server under section 4.2.
