[x] Export a server function for rendering a component tree to cache.
[x] Cache can be used for a network request free server side render.
[x] Cache can be hydrated on the client for an initial render.
[x] Update the Next.js example to SSR.

I'm trying out react-tree-walker, but having an issue with recursing function as children components.
