patch to 2.8.5 for Amazon EC2 issues (issue #279) #328

if you are running a server in an Amazon EC2 environment, you get the "Security 
block: The file specified occurs outside the document root" error in your logs 
because of one of the checks in getLocalImagePath() will not return true when 
it should. this patch corrects it (at least in my use case).
