There are no thumbs in gallery #347

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I've updated Timthumb to 2.8.9 and noticed, that there are no thumbnails in 
galleries (I'm using NextGEN gallery).
2. Tried to load backup version of the website - nothing.. Tried to reinstall 
NextGEN Gallery, Verve Mobile and TimThumb Scanner, Nothing.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

That happened because of other plugin, sorry.
