wont load #381

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.loading page
2.src image wont load
3.instead gives the next error in output

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 
(cannotconnect) 
http://site.com/modules/mod_zt_headline/timthumb.php?src=http://site.com/images/
slideshow/slideshow1.jpg&h=45&w=60

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm using joomla tried the 777 permissions on cache in the module and site 
section but nothing it returns that (cannot connect) to me is the src output 
because a friend of mine is using the same server but diferent things like word 
press and its showing the same thing but without http:/site.com/ only after src 
/images/slideshow/slideshow1.jpg&h=45&w=60
