Result Image is un-view-able #393

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed the timthumb.php on my wordpress
2.

3. It is not a valid image

It is used to be okay, but since I don't know when, the resulting image can't 
be viewed.
I have looked at the thumbnail generated in the cache directory, it is have 600 
permission (IDK if this matters).
I have tried to change the permission manually into 755 and 777, but no result.

V 2.8.10

you should encode the url in the source parameter
