What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Timthumb suddenly unable to load images from my site.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Example: 
http://onehitpixel.com/wp-content/themes/onehitpixel/scripts/timthumb.php?src=ht
tp://assets.onehitpixel.com/2012/08/purewafflefeat.jpg&a=c&h=265&w=766&zc=1

Expected to see image cropped as necessary - was working fine until yesterday.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.8.10 - on WordPress 3.4.2
