handling external site image #473

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Some of the posts are having reference of external images.  In the category 
listing these images are represented as 'X'.  When the particular post is 
opened, then that image gets displayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
--> I expect the image in the category listing also. 
What parameters / variables need to be re-set / defined?  Is there any work 
around to add code snippet to handle the image display in the category listing?
