i've been use this frequently and for quite some time.
I used it under arm and x86.

i've worked through this contribution making changes to the locking,
and a few others, and i've now installed it. the emu/Linux/emu config file
has the audio commented out, but i've changed the line to reflect the correct
configuration. i suppose it might be good to have it in as a default, but i'll 
do
that separately.
