Charon ignores httpproxy setting when using ssl #276

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Set httpproxy in /usr/$username/charon/config
Deny on a firewall in your network boundary all access outside except for the 
proxy specified.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected is equal operability of http and https connections through proxy. 
Instead, http traffic goes correctly through proxy, but https traffic is sent 
directly and blocked by the firewall at the network boundary, also despite 
actual usessl setting.

Which operating system are you using?

Inferno built from fresh source retrieved with hg 03.12.2011 hosted on Ubuntu 
Linux 10.04.3 LTS 32 bit.
