Improve component list actions

• [x] command remove component: if a not-existing component should be removed, then tell the user that this component was not part of the local component list

  • [x] this behavior was described in the documentation too

• [x] command list components: show a "nice" list of components

• [x] add a new command: show components containing X to search components where the components' names contain the string X

• [x] activate profile X to add a predefined list of components to the local component list

• [x] Answer the question (research): Is it possible to add rich interaction elements?

  • show for each component a button, s.t., the user can click directly on it to add it to the local component list

• [x] new commands were documented in the wiki

• [x] add new commands to remove all components from the user's component list, s.t., the component list of the user is empty

  • commands:
  • "clear component list"
  • "remove all components"
  • "delete all components"
  • "deactivate all components"

Let's stick the rich interaction elements, although they are not available in the Dialogflow web demo.

@anbo-de can I close this issue? as "command list components: show a "nice" list of components" is there in the new issue - https://github.com/jayeshdesai4520/chatbot-ng-internal/issues/35
