"Reset component list" doesn't remove components #36

User: "Reset component list" Bot: "Reset Successfully, Components list are now empty." User: "Show components" Bot: "Currently, active components are NED-DBpediaSpotlight,QueryBuilderSimpleRealNameOfSuperHero,SparqlExecuter,OpenTapiocaNED,BirthDataQueryBuilder,WikidataQueryExecuter"

Bot says that it is empty, but it resets to default list

@Perevalov "Delete all components" removes all the components and "Reset component list" removes components and add default components back
