GAME PLAYS BUT SCREEN KEEPS MOVING DOWN AND FLICKERS #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loaded CFG Loader through Homebrew
2. Load from SD Slot (My 2GB SD Card) where my WBFS File is
3. Clicked on game and hit load
4. Game starts, screen flickers down, no colors but game works in background.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the game to play normally, game flickers and screen repeatedly moves 
downwards.

What version of the loader are you using?
Latest

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.3U

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
SD/SDHC

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
WBSF

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)

Does it work with other loaders?
Havent tried

Does it work with the latest or an older version?

I have the same problem with wii fit plus, All other games work fine. Tried 
game default, system defualt, force pal 50 and 60, and force ntfs. 

Not sure if related, I cannot for the life of me get the covers to display, 
tried downlaoding, check usb file paths, even downlaoded the covers and put 
them in the path directly and they still dont show...

I am having the same issue with New Super Mario Bros. I am going to try some 
other loaders and I'll get back to you on how that works out.

since I am running off a SD/SDHC I have had no luck with other loaders

I figured this out. Go to the game that is having this issue and choose 
Options. Then change the video to System Def.
