Just use IOS56 as base. Seems to be most compatible for speed and usb
instruments including microphones and wii-speak.

Just use 222. Nothing else is needed, except for maybe MHT.

The currently supported slots: 222, 223, 224, 247, 248, 249, 250
Should provide enough flexibility.
