ATLAS Translation Environment and TAHelper-like feature #5

When using ATLAS, it seems the Translation Environment used is the default one.
It would be better if user can select the desired Translation Environment just 
like in Translation Aggregator. With this feature, user can use their own ATLAS 
User Dictionaries.

Also requesting line-per-line regex replacement feature like in TAHelper so 
user can make a text cleaning script with it.
