Issue Description I would like to add more resources for html css and javascript

Resource Details Resource Type: Challenge Title/Name of the Resource: Freecodecamp Tests Description: Freecodecamp have a list of test on HTML, CSS, and js topics. On successfully completing all tests user receives a certificate. URL or Source:' https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/

Intended Audience (optional) Beginner

Benefits of Adding this Resource As this resource provides a certificate it is useful for users as they can showcase these certificates on their profile.
